A perfect day

Mango dress, Pull&Bear jacket

You know, I’ve fallen way behind with my blog – right now, as I’m writing this, it’s the end of June, but these pictures were taken on May 1st and I remember the date exactly because it was one of those awesome days when everything is so enjoyable.

In our country May 1st is a national holiday and everyone usually wants to escape city, running off to the seaside or mountains (we’re lucky enough to have both in Romania just 2-3 hours away, fyi :D). So if you choose to stay in the city on any national holiday (but especially on this one), you’re gonna have a great time enjoying the empty city. And I’m not even sarcastic! It’s usually so crowded that it’s nice to get a break once in a while – no traffic, no crowded streets or public transportation or parks or pubs. So this year, on May 1st, Bucharest was nice and quiet and had my perfect weather (cloudy and slightly on the cool side) which did a great job of highlighting all the crisp green trees and grass in the city. I spent my day with my boyfriend, family and best girlfriends and it was lovely! ❤

What’s your idea of a perfect day?
