The magic of Chap Sticks

You’d be surprised to know how few internationally known brands can be found in Romania. Just to give you an example of what I mean, I think that Eos lip balms were launched last year, while Essie nail polish is still not available here. Sometimes this is frustrating, but we survived so long without them, it’s not really that much of an issue. But when you find one of these products on the Romanian market, you know it’s time to pounce.

This is what happened a few months ago when I was browsing a Romanian shopping site and struck gold: they had Chap Stick lip balms – something never before seen in Romania (at least not by me). Of course I had to buy some and after a while of using them I thought I’d share my thoughts.

I truly think it’s one of the best lip balms I have ever used. It’s light, not sticky and not greasy at all, also it smells and tastes delicious. But most importantly, it does its job perfectly! If your lips are chapped it provides instant relief and if you try to use it every day your lips will become silky smooth in no time. I bought two kinds: ChapStick mixstix – a double-ended lip balm – with banana flavor on one end and strawberry at the other, and the ChapStick flava craze pack, with three fruit-flavored lip balms: watermelon, apple and tropical. I gave two of the three flava craze chap sticks as gifts, keeping one for myself, along with the ChapStick mixstix, which I keep at work and use daily. The mixstix is awesome because you can combine the two flavors and get a delicious banana-strawberry smoothie flavor. Yum!

Overall I am really pleased with the ChapStick and would truly recommend them, so major win! I will definitely buy some more! If you use them, please share your thoughts below.

Kisses,

Andreea.
